From the moment I walked in , expectations went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience very casual but simple , the ownerโs hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful Kushari . The food was outstanding 5 stars rating! Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot take out and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend Cairo kitchens for anyone looking for top-notch food, great service, and a memorable Traditional Egyptian Food , they added a special touch to the overall experience. Will definitely be coming back! I recommend all my viewers and followers to come to visit this great new Egyptian Restaurant in Houston .. Good luck ๐

4 months agoAppetizer platter was good. Meat was very flavorful. Daal dish needed salt. Desserts were delicious. Giving a 3 because the hot food was all delivered in plastic which has statistically been shown to create carcinogens. That is absolutely not how dine-in food should be served in a restaurant.

a week agoNot really enjoyed the different taste. Food was a bit overpriced. Customer service was not good as they were not following the order properly for things. requested. Interior is very beautiful and ambiance is very interesting with good traditional music. Host is friendly with good humor may be was not the perfect day to fully enjoy

5 months agoThe food was absolutely delicious! Ordered both Egyptian specialties: Koshary and Lamb Shank Platter. Both are 10/10! Can recommend to order Gyro with Koshary Seating inside and outside. Prices are relatively upscale though - be aware.
