They will not show properties with out you showing them your bank account to prove that you have the money. Also to mention that it took the realtor on the listing to reply once a day for three days until I repeatedly asked him if the property was for sell or not. Unless you value your self that low to bend over, use them to get screwed over in your home purchase. I can only imagine the other Policies they make you purchase. Definitely do not recommend them. Had realtor show me a home for rent. They were 30 minutes late meeting me. I was understanding because things happen. I said I was interested in the home and she took 3 days to send me the application. Once I got the application it was in the wrong format had to just print one and fill it out. Once I did get it filled out and sent back, I called for days to get the address or link to pay the app fee but she never answered and never called me back. I have all my paperwork and deposit. I meet the criteria to rent the home and everything. Too bad they lost a potential renter because as much as I love the home, her unprofessionalism is a representation of this company. I found another realtor and home.

Put an offer on one of Hector Melo's listings, $10k over asking, and he ignored us. All I expect is the courtesy of being acknowledged/informed that my offer is not accepted so that I might continue my search. Very unprofessional.

I've been calling and texting about a property and the real estate agent hardly responds. I have tried to contact the broker as a broker myself to get some information but nothing. One of their other agents acted quickly and we closed in 10 days. This is ridiculously unprofessional
