We found this place by chance and so glad we did. The two gentlemen who took our order and prepared were awesome. The food was so delicious. A pop of flavor in every bite. Need one of these closer to home!
We were at a short vacation in Orlando and were craving for some Lebanese food, we found this place for its amazing reviews and I must say, itโs really something. The place is cozy with a couple of tables inside and outside, we choose inside of course, the heat was unbearable. Once seated we were prom by the owner and the main cook, both very attentive. We ordered a chicken shawarma (which came with French fries), and a mixed plate with hummus, falafel, taboule, babaganoush, and kibble, everything was delicious and so fresh, outstanding ng! The owner gave us a dessert ( I donโt remember the name ) and it was yummy also. This is an absolute must if you enjoy Mediterranean food.
King O Falafel offers an extraordinary dining experience with exceptional food and service. Our meal started with the hummus, which was creamy and rich, perfectly complemented by warm, fluffy pita bread. The fried kibbeh was a standout, featuring a crispy exterior with a flavorful, spiced meat filling that was simply irresistible.
The shawarma chicken, served with a generous portion of French fries, was succulent and well-seasoned, leaving us craving more. The tabbouleh salad was fresh and vibrant, with a perfect balance of parsley, tomatoes, and a zesty lemon dressing. For vegetarians, the vegetarian plate was a delight, offering a variety of delectable options that satisfied every taste bud.
The service at King O Falafel was equally impressive. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, King O Falafel is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious Middle Eastern cuisine and top-notch service.
Food is great and service is on point. Not a huge dine in area but I'll sacrifice that any day for a solid meal. Had the grilled lamb schwarma with fries and came back for the lamb entree with fries and lentil soup. I also tried their falafel which was hands down the best I've ever had in FL. Please come out and support these great local businesses that are serving up delicious food.
My favorite place to eat, for the last 13+ years. When I crave falafel, freshly made to order, like my mother's falafel, that I grew up eating, I go to King O Falafel. I'm happy that there's a newer location, closer to me now. Same quality, affordable prices and excellent service. Saif and Jihad treat me like family, every time, just like when I used to go to the first location. I love their vegetarian platter (which includes hummus/chickpea spread, eggplant spread, tabouleh, and much more...) and/or the combination meats platter, both with the lentil soup. Their fu'ul (fava beans) spread is amazing too, also made to order. I like their gyro meat too. There's a reason why I keep going back after more than a decade. Better quality than other much more expensive and pretentious restaurants. Don't forget to order mint tea, to drink with the meal and the knafe dessert, plus their traditional Arab coffee. It's really good. Tip them generously. They work very hard and they deserve it. Keep up the good work guys. See you next time.
