We are named after the Kusan Empire, an ancient kingdom that once resided along the Silk Road in Central Asia. With each item on our menu, from Laghman and stews to Kebabs and Polo, we strive to preserve and share the authentic flavors and traditions of Uyghur and Central Asian cuisine. Here in San Jose, California, Kusan is the bridge between Uyghur culture and America, and this mission is woven throughout everything we do.
