2 weeks agoIt is such a nice restaurant, the food is amazing. We had a few appetizers and my favorite was definitely baba ghanoush. Rack of lamb was probably one of the best that I have ever had. The staff were very professional as well, so happy that LA is getting more and more authentic Middle Eastern restaurants.

4 months agoSo Iโm not going to lie, I was excited to come to this place when I heard this top chef contestant was opening a restaurant in LA. Charbel Hayek was a favorite of mine with he was on the All Stars show. And this place didnโt disappoint. Came here with some girlfriends and everything with ordered was stellar. They did have a little bit of an issues with the wood fire grill which our waitress came over and told us about which we really appreciated. I feel like it is better to know than just keep the consumers in the dark about the situation. Our waitress was awesome btw, so friendly and helpful with the menu. We got the hummus, baba ghanoush, falafels, the zaatar bread, and the potatoes as our starter. All were so flavorful and delicious. But, I do have to highlight that when hummus is made at a professional restaurant is the best you can ever have and this place did not disappoint. Our mains were the duck, the chicken, and the herb crusted lamb. Everything was seasoned so well and couldnโt get enough of how good it was. I will definitely be coming again and bringing other people to show how good Middle Eastern food can be.

8 months agoGreat meal overall. The kitchen took a little long but they gave me a courtesy appetizer which was really nice of them considering I wasnt in a rush. The restaurant has great ambiance. The honey duck was perfectly cooked. Scallops were a little too spicy but cooked perfectly. Would eat here again at a moments notice

a week agoHaving recently moved back to area I really wanted to try new places. Ladyhawk popped up on my radar so I decided to give it a try and Iโm very happy I did! The location is inside the beautiful Kimpton La Peer Hotel and the beauty follows into LadyHawk. We were walked to our table and greeted by our very pleasant server who walked us the through the menu as we placed our order. While we waited the drinks arrived and I can truly say they were very tasty. And then the food arrived which was absolutely a highlight! My ONLY nitpick is with the hummus order you only get on slice of pita bread. With the serving size being what it was (and for the price) I feel like more pita would have justified. All that being said, the location was clean and gorgeous, the service was pleasant and helpful and the food was very tasty! If youโre in the area I recommend giving it a try!
