I have been a patient at Associated Internists since 2010. I was originally with a different Dr there but she left for a different opportunity. I had seen Dr Turk one time when my regular physician was not available. Well it was an easy decision to change to Dr Turk. She is very thorough and takes her time to answer any questions. Their staff is great on returning calls. Even if I use the patient portal I always get a call back. I go to the Sun Lakes office and especially like that they have a blood draw station right in same building. I have all good things to say. Thank you Dr and Staff.
I really liked Dr. Turk but her staff is absolutely horrible!!! They never answer the phone, they never call in scripts on time, they never return phone calls, they cancel appointments and I have to physically go in to reschedule because nobody ever answers the phone. I'd love to still see Dr. Turk but it's not worth the headache. Finally made an appointment to see someone else.
