I had a tenant who left my rental property severely damaged. I hired an insurance adjuster at first to help with the insurance claim, however, that adjuster made matters worse… ultimately leading the case to a fraud investigation. I had an issue regarding my HOA, insurance, and water damage. Unfortunately all blamed me and I found myself in a legal dispute.
