a month agoI have contacted Mark Murad via email and politely introduced myself, followed by a description of what I was looking for and also a request of a quote for these services. His response to me was a simple “Where do you live”. Without even mentioning that the message lacked any form of greeting, I never heard back from him after acknowledging and answering his question. This is a red flag to me and an indication that he is neither professional, nor reliable, so I ended up exploring better options out there.
