11 months agoTwo words - stay away. To not name names, this law office did not correctly file eviction paperwork to our tenant, didn't even take a close look at our lease for what was written in it and required. If this is how we were represented, I see why there are so many other low stars. Note that most lawyers these days no matter if defending the landlord or tenant will push for a settlement of paying the tenant to leave, even if the tenant has not paid for MONTHS. You are better off filing yourself and simply go to Los Angeles Housing Department to find the correct laws/processes you should follow.
