5 months agoTwo words - stay away. To not name names, this law office did not correctly file eviction paperwork to our tenant, didn't even take a close look at our lease for what was written in it and required. If this is how we were represented, I see why there are so many other low stars. Note that most lawyers these days no matter if defending the landlord or tenant will push for a settlement of paying the tenant to leave, even if the tenant has not paid for MONTHS. You are better off filing yourself and simply go to Los Angeles Housing Department to find the correct laws/processes you should follow.

11 months agoNader was extremely helpful in a sticky situation with my daughter and her landlord. He responded quickly to us with advice and tailoring the documents we needed. The result was resolved perfectly. I recommend him 100%.

a year agoWe had a bad experience with the attorney PRIOR to Nader. I WISH we would have started with him in the first place! We are landlords with major tenant issues. The tenants were frivolously threatening lawsuit. We HIGHLY recommend him. Nader put our mind at ease by giving us the facts that the tenants had no grounds to sue us. He was very knowledgeable and explained in terms we could understand. Nader is pleasant and affordable. We intend to continue seeing him if issues arise.

10 months agoAbsolutely ridiculous, I was dragged by this guy. He suggested we settle with the plaintiff for $5k then he’d charge $1k for doing it. Then he seemed to become irritated at some point and didn’t give us any follow up on the settlement offer. I’m starting to wonder if he even submitted an offer to opposing attorneys. Now we’re being told he’s too busy to handle this. We’re very close to having to file answer and now in a scramble to figure it out. Very unethical and unprofessional I’d watch out for this guy.

a year agoWhy Nader is awesome: (1) he actually picks up the phone (2) he answers your questions simply (3) he's direct. I've called maybe 7 attorneys about my issue, and I appreciate his availability and ease of talking to him. Thank you!
