Had a Amazing experience working with Arjen Homes. We just moved and were looking for something new in an established neighborhood. Arjen homes was by far the best quality home we found in the Tampa area. We moved in around May and have loved everyday spent in our new home. Thanks Arjen homes for all your hard work in making our dreams come true!

They build homes and leave them exposed to the elements for years. They start finishing before they have hvac on or windows in. I’d get a IH to review for mold if you intend to buy one of their homes. Owner is rude and has no regard for neighbors where he builds. Project is 3 years old.

The entire experience since joining the Arjen "family" has been amazing. Unlike many of the "cookie-cutter" builders we looked at in South Tampa, Arjen's attention to detail truly set them apart. Their focus on the minute details that go into a custom home (premium tile, molding, fixtures, appliances, etc.) were some of the initial reasons we were attracted to their product. Their unique exterior elevations were very eye-catching, as well, and were ultimately the reason we went with them; our home truly looks unique among many of the other single family homes you find in South Tampa; not in that weird modern style, but in a good way. Secondly, the service and support we have experienced since taking the keys has been second to none. As with any new home, there are issues once the home "settles." Arjen has been quick to address any and all concerns we have had. I must single out Layth Faraj as an exemplary point person for us and, due to his attentiveness and follow through alone, I would purchase another home from Arjen as long as he's a part of the organization. No less than 7 times in the past 16 months, there have been minor issues with the house. Within minutes of texting Layth, he's never failed in responding with an option of several dates/times for the various subcontractors to come out and address the problems. I can't say enough about him and Arjen is lucky to have him on the team. I highly encourage anyone thinking about a home purchase in the South Tampa area to give Arjen serious consideration. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing!

Love my Arjen Home! Been in it a year and me and my husband always say “I love our house”. We could not have found a better first home for our little family 💕

Took a tour of their many different locations. The homes were built very well and their finishes are amazing! Definitely would recommend buying a home from this builder :)
