3 months agoBest Lebanese Kinefeh, Halwat Jibn, Maamool and chocolate croissants in USA Period. The Kinefeh is as authentic as Seasweet Lebanon but this portion is twice bigger than portion of Seasweet. The Kinefeh is always fresh, hot and the cheese is elastic and delicious. Unlike Shatila that heats Kinefeh in microwave (A Crime against Kinefeh) Hwalwat Jibn tastes as good as Halallab Lebanon. The Maamool taste as good as Buhsali Lebanon. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Lebanese desserts.

3 weeks agoThis is a late review, but I wanted to at least post this because I think it is important for the manager to know. I had been going to this location since 2020, and really enjoyed the sweets and employees. I ended up going to pick up baklava on July 4 for my parents because my dad and mom both love it from this store. This time around, however, I was being serviced by a young lady who seemed to be annoyed with me. I said three times I wanted a half tray of fingers, and the rest filled with regular baklava. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me or if she just wanted to do her own thing because she kept filling the box with one small tray one at a time. By the time I had three slots left, she said in a very snarky way, "so what else you want?" Honestly, this was the first time anyone at that store talked to me that way, and it was so disappointing I told my parents if they want baklava, they will have to get it themselves because it makes no sense to spend anywhere from $40 to $75 multiple times a year just to have someone do that to you. I wouldn't have written a review if I wasn't concerned and I don't want anything. I just want the staff to do better.

3 weeks agothe girl who served me was on her phone and ignored me for a while until she yelled โ do you need helpโ most of the employee had their personal phones out and were short tempered. I would not go back again due poor service. The Lebon shop in Dearborn heights had better service. Food quality was good and fresh

a month agoI was very confused when I was given a cold piece of knefe. I asked for a piece without the bread and I was given a cold piece to eat. I was not satisfied at all. Wouldnโt go back again. I get them in Raleigh the knefe tray they sell at the supermarket. They come frozen because they have to be transported but it feels like I was given one of the same quality, frozen. Do not recommend but hey whatever yโall want.

a month agoone of the most Amazing food but also one of the most horrible service here in the US apart from one or two employees they have a really bad attitude and rudeness to them whether on the phone or in person and judging by a ton of other reviews also mentioning the same thing about rudeness, I think management has to really take the reviews into consideration. I really wanted to give five stars, but the attitude the employees have is that horrible. First time in my life that I call a food place and the lady answered with "what do you want" right away with a little attitude for a second my tongue was tied I thought I called the wrong number or someone's Ex or something so I had to double check and ask if this was Lebon sweets.
