On the onset unsure whether to sell our property as/is or make the necessary/anticipated repairs/improvements and hold out for greater proceeds, Gabriel was knowledgeable (or quickly became so) in not only the market here in Florida, but the Market in Pennsylvania (to where we'll soon relocate) as well, helping us to make informed decisions such as those. Not being sure if having an agent hours from the property would give us good coverage proved to be not an issue at all, Gabriel made the distance seem but feet between us, even standing by fir Municioal Inspections when we could not break free.
