Lina Baddour is an attorney, licensed to practice law in American and international jurisdictions.
She specialises in public international law, international criminal law, human rights law and policy. Throughout her career spanning more than 10 years, she has acted in the capacity of counsel, advisor, and official from the perspective of defense, prosecution, and government.
Over the course of her career, Lina has assisted in the representation of clients involved in domestic and international proceedings at pre-trial, trial and appellate levels as well as in matters of investigations. She has also served as Legal Advisor to a State’s leadership in the context of peace negotiations and in matters related to international criminal justice, third-state responsibility, treaty accession and reporting, and human rights.
Lina continues to act as independent Counsel to governments and as a Consultant to think tanks and NGOs on matters within her areas of expertise.
