Luiey G. Haddad is an aggressive trial attorney with over a decade of experience in real estate law and civil litigation. Mr. Haddad has represented individuals and businesses of all sizes with real estate transactions, commercial and residential lease negotiations, landlord-tenant dispute, corporate formation, contract disputes, and a wide array of real estate and business-related litigation. Mr. Haddad has successfully represented numerous high-profile clients in state and federal courts, including government officials and large national corporations.
Mr. Haddad received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. Mr. Haddad then obtained a Legal Master’s degree (LLM) in federal trial advocacy from California Western School of Law. Mr. Haddad is an active member in a number of professional organizations, including the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a licensed real estate broker with the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE Broker Number 01756771). Mr. Haddad was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys and a Top 40 attorney under 40 for exemplifying superior qualifications as a trial lawyer.
Mr. Haddad is also an Instructor of the Managing Project Quality, Negotiations, Contract and Procurement course at the University of San Diego. Mr. Haddad volunteers his time as an attorney-coach for the San Diego High School Mock Trial Team Competition coaching high school students the skills necessary to be successful in the field of trial law and in life. Mr. Haddad mentors aspiring students to attend college with the Pay It Forward Mentoring Program in San Diego County. Mr. Haddad is an active member of the San Diego Bar Association.
