Luna Grill – Clairemont

Team member May represents the real definition of Excellent customer service. I brought my kids in to dine for the very first time since I had recently tried Luna grill at work. May welcomed us with a smile, helped us choose a family meal and topped it off with giving us a complimentary Bistro Beef Kabob! We realized we had ordered something different than what I had tried at work and she was kind enough to gift us the Bistro! She checked on us twice to see if we needed anything :) May deserves more stars than this review allows. And Luna Grill gets 5 stars for such great fresh meals and vetting well when it came to having May on the register. Thank you May for making our first experience great! Kids loved it 🏽

I feel it's a little pricey, but the quality and taste of food seems pretty good. I never had bad service here. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere.

Myra was a great help, extremely helpful. She was attentive, very happy to give her 5 stars! Sat on the patio, upkeep needed on the awning. Rice & salmon could have used more seasoning. I would still return to Luna Grill!

Luna Grill is one gem of a restaurant!!! It has been a staple in my healthy eating regime for a long time. The greatest thing is that the food is wonderful and I don’t feel like I am missing out on anything. The menu is thoughtfully curated and the blend of flavors are alive, vibrant, and tasty. Definitely add a couple extra of their delicious sauces to whatever you order for an extra indulgent experience! The price point for the quality is great. decor is fun and interesting. At this location I love the large outside patio that allows me to take in the sun on a nice day. It is dog friendly, so pet parents can bring their pupster and feel welcome. And finally, the staff is on point. They are friendly, engaging, and helpful. Consistently!!! Today Luna team member, May took such good care of me. She greeted me warmly, didn’t complain when I made my substitutions, came to ask me twice how I enjoyed the food, and even cleared my plate for me. What a way to set the bar high Luna. I plan to continue to give Luna my business and look forward to seeing your continued success!!!!

This place is always prompt with great service. Fabulous outdoor patio which is dog friendly for my pup. My friends and I eat a lot of the food in this neighborhood and consider this to be the cleanest, from as well as healthy. I know the store does a lot more volume than other lunar grills in the San Diego area and they are still fast and polite. Good picnic food to pick up to go.
