5 Stars is an understatement. As first time home buyers, my wife and I really didn't know what to expect. Our realtor, Janie Flores, helped explain the process every step of the way while patiently showing us many properties that were in line with what we were looking for. Everything we saw was within our price range and in the neighborhoods where we wanted to buy. At no time did we feel the least bit pressured or guided towards properties that might be beyond our price range or simply not right for us (I can't say the same for other large purchases i've made in the past like cars or appliances). Once we found our new home, the team Janie helped us assemble to complete the purchase was also top notch. What could have been a stressful ordeal was actually made quite pleasant thanks to everyone's honesty and professionalism. Again, 5 stars is an understatement.
I drive 1-1/2 hours for their shredded beef deep fried tacos!! Haven't had any since Chi Chi's in the 1980's! Make sure you don't go too late as they can run out! Which is good to know it will be fresh daily!! Love these guys!!!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Bernadeta Szczech was the most unprofessional and RUDE realtor Iโve ever had to deal with. Awhile back, two new construction properties were listed on Redfin (photo attached) which were both on the market for 150+ days at the time (in a hot market keep in mind). My realtor made an offer on our behalf for the amount that was asked at the time ($360k). We were very excited to find out that the offer was accepted. Days pass with just verbal โagreementโ, we signed the contract very promptly but Bernadeta failed to have her end of the contract signed, always blaming the โbuildersโ. After an entire week she decided to negotiate stainless steel appliancesโฆwhich is absolutely ridiculous considering the price we were paying..I have never seen a listing that didnโt include most or all appliances. She made it a huge deal and said until we agree about the stainless steel appliances the โbuildersโ wonโt sign. After some back and forth we again came to a verbal agreementโฆwhich at that point, my husband and I became increasingly nervous because we felt she was dishonest and shady. Red flags for sure. As a result, we requested an itemized copy of everything that will be included in the buildโI donโt want to find out after we start building that suddenly the roof is no longer included. Bernadeta then dropped a bomb and informed us that BOTH of the new construction Lorel properties went under contract!! AT THE SAME TIME. Two properties listed for over 150 days on Redfin seemingly went under contract at the same time and she expected us to believe that. Just be honest! Thereโs nothing I hate more than dealing with a shady person AND being lied to. By the end of it we realized it was a blessing in disguiseโฆbecause who knows what other shady things we would have had to deal with working with her.
Side note: I was later informed that Bernadeta has personal interest in those properties which she failed to discloseโฆvery interesting.
