I can't say enough positive things about Ms. Abbass and her team. She is extremely knowledgeable in Estate Planning, and even better, has deep knowledge in Tax, and Real Estate laws/rules - which is so helpful when putting together the Estate Plan. She is so easy to work with and has a great skill for explaining things clearly and simply.

Magany is a true professional and very knowledgeable with respect to wills/living trusts as well as real estate law. My wife and I used her office to set up our Will and Trust as well as legal advice on real estate matters. She is very careful and gave excellent advice when we needed it. I referred my parents to her and she helped them do the same. My father passed recently and she was tremendously helpful and sensitive in working with my mother to ensure the legal post mortem trust administration was done correctly. Magany is thorough and very careful in her work and does a great job of explaining how everything works.

In working with this firm, Ms Abbass was instrumental in helping me with a complex Trust that I was assigned as Trustee. She also handled my personal Trust & periodically reaches out to me to keep the Trust updated. She has great knowledge of Real Estate law which is important to me in dealing with tenants.

Avoid this office if you can, at least if you are using any legal plans. I reached out to them about home purchase, after I gave them all the info I asked what's next. I was told nothing would happen as the attorney is very busy and I should keep calling other attorney down the list. I asked them to revoke my case and the person told me no since I've used their time. Yeah they also wasted my time but they didn't offer to reimburse me.
