4 years agoHighly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best I've ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.

a year agoI worked with an agent Shawn Kormandy and that was the worst experience of my life. During this process of selling my house, his team left the gate open a few times after showing the house. He would ignore my messages. He never trusted me during this process. I couldn't wait to finish the process of selling my house because of the frustration. I would never use KW of Beverly hills again. And I do not recommend anyone to use them at all.
