5 months agoThanks for the help of attorney Mark Martinez , we can have our house back . We for sale our house by owner & hit to scam team . They rented & offered to buy with 60 days escrow but did not close for over 10 months. We gave several extensions and when we sent escrow cancellation papers, they did not sign , not paid rent & sued us . It has been a very stressful situation where buyers paid for their lawyer to drag on our cases for several months for free rent. We are very blessed to have attorney Mark Martinez to take care our case and get them out.

8 months agoIt’s very difficult to find a good lawyer and team, Mark Castellanet did an excellent job helping us despite quite a few challenges. After searching through many lawyers and possibilities this is definitely the best team for an eviction as a tenant and worth it. He’s smarter than most of the competition, listens to client, able to handle multiple stimuli with ease, and makes a great closing argument. He’s humble and gets the job done without promising too much . He’s a great person to go to trial with and in between. Adriana is also very nice and helpful throughout and for me to write a review is very uncommon but they deserve it . Thanks so much
