Mark Salloum was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He graduated the University of Texas at El Paso in 1997 with Honors with a bachelors degree in Political Science, and a minor in Economics.
Mark Salloum then obtained his law degree in 2000 from the University of Utah, and attended the University of Texas School of Law for his final year as a visiting student.
Mark Salloum has been in private practice since September of 2000 specializing all those years in real estate and business law.
