Marlon Rhine is the founder of The Rhine Law Firm, LLC. Prior to starting The Rhine Law Firm, he worked for a large insurance defense firm in Atlanta where he learned the skills employers and insurance companies utilize to settle claims. Marlon received his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law. While at WVU, he was a member of the West Virginia Moot Court Board and competed in the UCLA Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles, CA. He also received The CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Copyright Law and was the founding member of WVU’s Music and Art Law Society. Additionally, Marlon received distinction for his pro bono work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Prior to attending law school, Marlon graduated from Emory University with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. At Emory, he was recognized with the Virgil Y.C. Eady Memorial Service Award for “dedicated, substantive, honorable service without expectation of reward, recognition, or personal gain.” In addition, Marlon studied European Political Economy at Sciences Po in Paris, France. From college, Marlon took time to hone his talents as a professional musician and toured throughout the United States. Marlon is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
