Masjed Beit El- Magdes

This masjid is not kid-friendly. I went for noon prayer on Saturday and brought my daughter along. After the prayer, a man approached me, complaining about her making noise, even though she was quietly sitting in a corner eating popcorn. I’ll be taking her to a different masjid, where the people's focus remains on the prayer, not trivial distractions. It’s disheartening to see how impatient people have become, acting as if they are more pious than the Prophet (peace be upon Him), who always showed kindness and patience, especially towards children.

Very nice, clean, spacious, and well organized Mecit. The bathrooms and ablution areas are well-maintained. The carpets and the libraries are neat clean and tidy. The parking appears to be limited. I came here for Zuhr and Asr prayer on a weekend. Probably it will be hard to find a parking spot at Jumah prayers. My only problem was I couldn’t access to the Masjid for Zuhr, because there’s no way to find out the code for the gate. I ended up praying outside. A telephone number would be very helpful on the main door.
