Very nice mosque mashaAllah, could use a good some renovations to refurb the place a little; Somewhat old interior and washroom facilities. Great people and good place to pray.

MashaAllah- beautiful masjid, and thereโ€™s such a peace when you enter. I came for Asr prayer and there was a spacious section for women to make wudu and pray.

This is really Peaceful Masjid, I am not sure if this is really old Masjid but the Interior and Exterior is on point, it reminded me of my Home Country. Today is my First experience in this Masjid and Subhan Allah, I feel so peaceful. May Allah give Barakah in all our lives. May Allah give Happiness in life of people who are maintaining this Masjid and who are praying here everyday. Ameen

Curtained women's area, might as well stay home, can't see the imam speak, have to listen to microphone. Can't point soles towards the qibla, totally Buddhist thought process, dealing with chakras, if you wear socks, it should be just as effective as wearing a scarf to cover your aura against jinn. Restroom is too far away outside around the back and there is nowhere in the Quran where a menstruating women can't enter musala, this is also yogi practice for certain poses or some meditations. No food in the masjid other than water and dates for iftar during Ramadan. A little drastic. Brother running to make Jumah prayer and imam still insults him for being late. Beautiful outside, doesn't feel that way on the inside. I don't need to be reminded to cover my hair, if I'm not in the musala, the Quran rule is your father or husband can remind you. Definitely need women imams, if we can't see the men.

This is the Faatir Masjid personally build by The Legend Muhammad Ali. Muhammad Aliโ€™s boxing gym was at this location. This masjid holds a unique place in history. Very peaceful and inviting. Not far from Downtown chicago and hustle and bustle but you come here and forget all of that out there. If you are in the area please make a point to visit and offer couple rakat Salah and make Duaโ€™s for Muhammad Ali. He has truly left his greatness and love of humanity for people to enjoy and experience. Love this Masjid. Itโ€™s beautiful and centrally located.
