3 years agoThis is a great mosque! I attended daily during this past Ramadan and the Imam has a wonderful voice and the community is very welcoming and kind! I would recommend for people who are new to the area like myself and looking for believing companions.

3 years agoMashallah this is a truly lovely masjid. If you are new to the area or just looking for something different, I highly reccomend coming to be a part of our community. Alhamdullilah. I chose to come to this masjid when I was new to Islam and took my shahadah here subhanallah, everyone is so wonderfully kind and generous. We fast and have iftar on Mondays and Wednesdays and are open for all 5 daily prayers. On weekends, there are Qurโan classes in the afternoons, and you can also learn with the Imam who is so helpful and caring. There is a womenโs section with our own restroom and shelves and white board! When I was looking for which masjid to visit for the first time, I read a lot of these google reviews trying to figure out where to go because there are so many masjids in Harlem. I am so grateful Allah (swt) guided me to this place and inshallah you will also have the chance to stop by for a prayer here as well!!

5 years agoOnly masjid I have been to that houses a cat! It is said that cat Muezza saved Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) from a deadly venomous snakes bite! And one would ask if this masjid properly takes into consideration of cats hygiene and those who pray around the Litter box.
