Easy to order is the only positive thing I can say about my experience just now. I walked into a very unprofessional female employee sitting on the cushion seating in the front who appeared to be bothered and annoyed that I walked in. She asked my name with such distain that I almost walked out at that point, in hindsight I should have. After I provided my name she repeated it to the waitress who was standing there so she could check the order while she grabbed me something they forgot. The order was confirmed and the waitress then passed my order off to a third person to take payment. Once he pulled my order up he handed me the hand held and told me to pay as he walked away leaving me with my food, means to pay and not one employee to make sure I actually paid for my meal. Thank goodness for them I am honest. When I returned home I opened the most disappointing, greasy, cold, unappetizing meal that I wasted money on. My order was simple, gryo with fries. No special requests, nothing added just their gyro with fries. Instead, I received undercooked, soggy, greasy, cold fries that looked like wet noodles which were inedible. Sadly the gryo was even worse! Big chunks of ICE COLD DRY gryo meat stuffed into a tasteless pita with tomatoes that were so mushy you could have made spaghetti sauce with them and ZERO tzatziki sauce, thank goodness I asked for an extra sauce or my old, cold chunks of gryo meat would have really tasted like leather! As a pines west resident I will drive to My Big Fat Greek Restaurant 30 minutes away rather than waste a $1 in this place that is 5 minutes from my house! Terrible rude staff, horrible food!

The experience was very nice. The Sangria was very yummy. The food was delicious but the steak I ordered was under cooked compared to how I asked it to be cooked. The waitress was polite but seemed very distracted and kept forgetting things. The belly dancer was great! Good time!

I recently visited another business in this Westfork Plaza in Pembroke Pines, and on my way out, I spotted this gem! Given the location and the direction the business faces (east), it's easy to miss, but now will be hard to forget! From walk-in to checkout, it was a great service experience. There's a calming ambiance, even during the lunch rush. The design is simple but tasteful, so you can dress casually or dress up a bit for dinner if you'd like. I was told they have belly dancing entertainment on Saturday nights. I look forward to going back for dinner. With all the food options, it was hard to decide, but I was ordering takeout and wanted something light, healthy, but baked—so I went for their spanakopita and roasted beets, both of which were delicious! On this visit, two things impressed me the most: their customer service and how they manage to serve good quality and quantity while keeping their prices affordable.

It's just... nothing to write home about. We had takeout, and sensed a bit of passive aggression by whoever was at the front door when we walked in. That aside, the only thing I would give beyond three stars was the steak I had. The beer (Mythos) was okay, the sides were okay, my girlfriend got chicken which she says was okay, but it was seemingly run of the mill. Maybe it'd be different if we sat inside to eat, as our portions weren't really great either. Gianni was very kind though—despite whoever was at the front—and I appreciated his service. As it stands I wouldn't go back, but maybe one of these days we'll give it another shot.

I don't know if it has happened to you that you are eating and feel a feeling of happiness with the food, you feel like you want to dance, I had not had this feeling years ago, what I am trying to say with this review is The food is spectacular, me and my husband loved it. Excellent service, the man who attended us was super friendly, and asked us on several occasions if everything was okay.
