Middle Eastern Halal Supermarket

This is a small, seemingly unremarkable, store and restaurant. A split joined establishment . Lots of authentic ethnic fair to parous in the store and yummy food in the restaurant. Today was my first adventure into shawarma. I'm adventurous when it comes to food, different experiences make one's life richer. The food was great. I had a falafel and a beef shawarma. I'm no friend to chickpeas so you can imagine my surprise when the falafel was really good. (Not kidding try one) The shawarma was tender and tasty. The atmosphere was not poor (I know I put 4 ⭐) it was just plain as can be. In their defense they are NOT required to meet any type of visual expectations. The restaurant side is utilitarian minimum. Chairs and tables drink cooler and idle buffet equipment. Service felt a bit slow (compounded by my own limited lunch break), but cooked when you order. Having said that I would ABSOLUTELY recommend giving it try, it was tasty staff is friendly and price ok.

One of the hidden Gems. Great food and definitely place to go back. Large portions and reasonable prices so high value in my opinion.

I love going to the Middle Eastern supermarkets with a restaurant inside, because that’s where you get some of the best culturally authentic scratch kitchen food. The food here is excellent! And the people are so very friendly and welcoming! I was hoping they would have biryani, but they didn’t have any today. The Kibbeh was a nice appetizer and beef kabob and chicken shawarma plates are delicious!

Today I was craving for some lamb over rice. And I was really surprised how tender and delicious it was including a salad and rice and sauces and complimentary chai. Can’t beat that seriously. The portions are huge, a plate of lamb kebab over rice was enough to fill me up. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this place. Lawman rahhal om allaa cooks great food.
