6 months agoI called one of their agents about selling my house. Not only do they charge 6%, which I was ok with, but they wanted another $350 just for working with them. I asked what it was for and was told it was just an admin fee the company charges for anyone that works for the company. I mean, I am already forking over $18,000 in fees...why in the world would I pay an admin fee to a company that did nothing

a year agoThe realtor Lea Johnson was no good! I was straight lied to about a couple of things, not to mention when my husband and I closed on our house, the previous owner was still residing in the house. Closed at 9am and at 5pm I still had no keys to the house I purchased. The house was left real dirty. Once everyone involved get their money, you are all forgotten about. My inspection was a joke. It was so good it cost me $30,000 the first year. I was referred to the inspector. This whole ordeal was a joke. It's not over. I will be taking further action. My house has a problem where the city Inspector has to come back out.

2 years agoI purchased my first home with Scott Green's help. He made the process better than expected. Scott is casual but professional and always took my needs seriously. He guided me through the process from beginning to end. Scott never missed an appointment or meeting and was always available or able to schedule time to talk, text, or email. He never made excuses or caused me to mistrust his motives. He was always in my corner at every step. JPAR even assisted in finding a mortgage team for my unusual purchase needs. Scott also went above and beyond by scheduling qualified help to make some repairs on the property to ensure we would stay on schedule for the loan closing. Scott will be my first call when I need real estate transactions or to refer my friends and family.

2 years agoThis place has hounded me and my wife for good reviews despite us leaving the place unhappy and unwilling to return, even offering rewards. Was not surprised to see so many "5 star" reviews from stock photo models and fake emails. Edit; just saw most of the reviews are actually from people who WORK FOR JPAR. Not surprising that they are comfortable doing things that are against the rules.
