Devin the NP was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me during my phone appointment. I have never experienced treatment like this from anyone, let alone a MEDICAL “professional”. I had a simple phone appointment to get a referral from her to see a specialist at UCSD and she had no idea how to make even though I gave her step by step instructions on how to fill out the form. Turns out she never even had the form even though I dropped it off with the office staff the day prior and specifically told them to please give the paper work to Devin for my phone appointment. It’s very concerning that paperwork, with my labs and medical information, just seemingly went missing. Major HIPPA violation of protected health information. Besides the fact that she was zero help to me, she became increasingly disrespectful and had an attitude with me from the start of the call. Not to mention my appointment was at 1:15 and she didn’t call me until 2:30 (I had to the call the office and ask what was going and it wasn’t until then that she called. As a health care provider myself, I cannot imagine speaking to any patient the way she did. So unacceptable.

Front desk personal always greet with a smile, willing to answer any questions asked. Nurses and doctors treat you with respect and make sure all needs are met. Love this place, first and only choice.

Dr. El Ramah has saved me on more than one occasion. From managing my Asthma, guiding me through Diabetes control, weight-loss & a PRP Injection for my chronic hip pain...I am beyond Blessed to have him as my PCP, working alongside Claudia Ruiz PA to better my overall health...they are both the best! I wouldn't have overcome so many hurdles without them & their guidance.

Dr. El Ramah is an amazing Dr with great patient care. All the girls are really nice. The girls in the front always receive me with a smile on their faces. By far the best clinic in the valley.

Dr Monsen El Ramah is an excellent Doctor him and his staff has treated my mother with respect and professionalism at all times .excellent management of mother’s multiple chronic illnesses . Mother and our family are very thankful to Dr Mohnsen and staff.
