2 months agoEric Balyan is unprofessional, and aggressive, and you can expect him to do business in the same manner. He posted this in a reply on social media, from his official account as well representing this realty. I would not trust this agent to sell me a pack of gum. Unethical in every regard and a blatant sign of disrespect for the realty he represents. The broker should know this and I will be reaching out to them personally as well.
