Born to immigrant parents from Lebanon, Moses completed his Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan and later went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, he served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Rights Division of the Attorney General’s Office and participated in MSU’s Immigration Law Clinic. At the clinic, he advocated for the legal status of unaccompanied minor children, crime and trafficking victims, and persons fleeing persecution. It was during this time that Moses’ interest in immigration law developed into a passion and he decided to pursue immigration law exclusively.

Prior to joining George P. Mann & Associates, Moses began his career as a general practitioner at a small firm in Metro Detroit, where he gained experience in the courtroom as a civil litigator, divorce, and criminal defense attorney. At our firm, Moses utilizes the skills he obtained in general practice to defend clients in Immigration Court who are being threatened with removal/deportation. His advocacy has led to many of these individuals obtaining permanent residency/green cards, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, and citizenship.

Additionally, Moses’s experience in criminal and family law permits him to assist immigrants with ancillary matters that might negatively affect their immigrant status, such as those who are charged with crimes or those who risk losing their lawful status due to divorce/separation.

The process itself was faster than I expected. I would have liked better communication and FULL transparency when it comes to paying. There were a few times I tried getting a hold of the office because I had questions and couldn't unless I called billing. Billing always answers. There were also times I messaged the lawyers assistant and would get no response. ( I thought she was no longer with the office so I stopped messaging her. Turns out she is still in the office.. she was just too busy to respond for weeks. Once I went to the office to pick up my card she apologized for not responding + for not congratulating me on our achievement. The same lady pushed me to do this review. She said she would send me a link to do a review over my experience, as soon as I got home she called me asking if I did the review yet. I would've liked this type of communication while my case was ongoing.) I would like to think if I didn't live 2 hrs away and could go directly to the office for questions those questions would be resolved significantly faster. It's easy to get lost in the phone calls & cases. Overall I am happy with the results but the communication could have been better.

No words to truly describe how beyond grateful we are for George P. Mann & Associates for all the help through the years with my case. They never hesitated to answer any questions or address any concerns, and were with me every step of the way. I never felt alone. I have them to thank for the outcome and the security of being able to remain here with my family. Big shoutout to Moses for the representation, for going above and beyond collecting everything necessary to represent me and my case. Just overall grateful for everyone involved and the role they played in positively impacting my life moving forward. Thank you!

No matter how much I say or thank you, it will not be enough for Mr. Moses.El-Sayed ,and Mrs.Nadine Kassel, and Mrs. Zainab Ahmad, and Mrs.Perla Palacios, and Mr.Jaime. They were the biggest reason for me staying in the United States of America and winning a case that was very difficult to even fight for, but with their efforts and wonderful and amazing work they were able to get me out of the immigration detention center and prevented my deportation and saved my life from the danger of returning to my completely destroyed country. I have previously said that no matter how much I talk about this wonderful team it will not be enough, and in my personal opinion, and without exaggeration, after several experiences with many well-known lawyers in Michigan and America, they are the best, the strongest and the most honest. I have my appreciation and respect for you. I am completely confident that you will always be the best choice for me and for everyone.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปโ™ฅ๏ธ Obada-AlhajAli
