“MAUSA is an international humanitarian organization that provides help to people who are victims of natural disasters or conflicts or suffering from poverty, hunger, disease, illiteracy, discrimination, homelessness, debt, unemployment, injustice, deprivation, or lack of skills and economic opportunities.”
Our courageous teams and partners across the globe often have to operate in the worldโs most difficult and dangerous places. They dedicate their lives to fulfill our mission to support the worldโs most vulnerable people.

a year agoI worked in this field many years ago but retired young in order to raise my children. As philanthropists, its always been important to my husband and me, that we support an honest and caring organization. MAUSAโs staff is small enough that every employee knows one another, thus creating a family atmosphere. But donโt let the size full you because they have donated tens of millions for incredible projects, in so many countries. I was so impressed by their work, that I began to volunteer for them, and ten months later I find myself back in the humanitarian workforce. Never thought I would return to work full time but their level of commitment truly inspired me and I just had to become an official member of the team.

a year agoThis organization deserves 0 stars , they continue to file fraudulent charges, after I've specifically informed them to cancel my contributions LAST YEAR, since it takes NUMEROUS weeks and multiple attempts via phone/VM and emails to get someone to respond, Beyond unprofessional. After the experience I had last year I told them IN WRITING that I did not want to be associated with them at all, but they charged me again. WHAT A SCAM

8 months agoI made one donation and they had me set for reoccurring monthly charge. I reached out a few times but no answer. Have been charged for 2 additional months and still no contact from them.

2 years agoVery unprofessional, especially for a charity. Any time you call or reach out to them, it always goes straight to voicemail. To make matters worse, they don't respond to any voice messages or emails. We've been trying to reach out for weeks regarding a donation and all that's coming back is radio silence. I wouldn't trust an organization that isn't even able to reply to correspondences or voice messages. Get your act together, Muslim Aid USA

7 years agoDO NOT TRUST THIS "CHARITY"! The number they have on their website is NOT in service and they do NOT respond to any emails. I contacted the UK based Muslim Aid organization and they responded to me as any normal charity would, but when I asked if they had a US branch and why they do not respond, they never replied. The US based organization is apparently in BOTH VA and NY -- they list a different address on their website and on their facebook page. I was enrolled in automatic withdrawals to donate and once I realized I could not do it anymore, they did not provide me with the option of stopping all automatic withdrawals. They ignored every single email I sent out. I ended up asking my bank to cancel the card and issue me a new one so that they could no longer take money.
