The classroom environment was best for me. Having an instructor guiding us was helpful in going through the material and the questions that other participants asked were helpful for my understanding of the subject matter. It is important to remember that the study you do on your own outside of class will probably be crucial for your success. I took the PSI a couple of weeks after finishing the class and passed both the National and State portions with time to spare. I also took the opportunity to contact the instructor for additional advice.

The courses were very well presented in a friendly and time bound manner. They covered exactly what was needed for the purpose of obtaining your licence from the first attempt. The design was done well to complement both the national and state portions simultaneously, which was important for me. The professor's wealth on knowledge, especially practical experience and the background in the real estate industry (15 years) was also a key, as we had real life situation examples to fortify the theory. I definitely recommend Azmi and the courses the NVRE presents. I received my licence stress free.

I loved the class. I work a lot and finding a place that had a wide selection of class hours was rare. But here I was able to find a class that worked well with my schedule. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Classes were small enough to receive personal attention. I am really not an online class person so this was the perfect option. Steve, my instructor was awesome sauce. Thanks NVRE. :)

Shoutout to Azmi! for Great instruction. Hours are accommodating and the learning environment is a set for success! It felt like home to attend NVRE, questions are answered plenty of war stories and example are provided to take with you to the field and honestly I felt like a salesperson after the class. I definitely recommend this school. Piece of advice dedicate enough time for studying as often as possible, time goes by so fast and missing any info can be detrimental.

The professor was fabulous, patient and made the class fun (which can be difficult when there is so much information to learn in the real estate world) I feel very lucky finding this class with the number of choices for real estate licensing. Professor Amir was truly dynamic, made learning easy and I have made great friends and contacts after a vigorous 8 week course. .. AND water, coffee and hot tea was provided!
