My experience was a mess I’m not sure why every thing was all over the place for my process which i guess was a first sign it wasn’t for me. Another sign and some thing that stuck with me the person asked if i needed help with proving i make enough 3x the rent, i was like huh?? Did u really ask me that? However I went through so many emails gathering every thing bc the person who showed me the property stated i just needed to make 3x the rent no approval required per HAR post. She put in my app approved it on her end but nvr sent the info the property manager. I reached out to the PM Who seemed confused saying I don’t have any of ur information can u please fwd it. I reached out to the realtor who asked me to send $45 for my credit check and approved the app, she fwd the info to PM then PM went through asking for report I didn’t get the report it went to the realtor. so the pm asked me to pay again for the background (yes i paid 2x ) to pull it & sent the realtor $45 for the background check u do the math thank God i have it it’s not a problem for me. Needless to say you need good credit to rent every thing was looking great until my credit history was pulled. So I went from accepted to denied within 24 hours . Crazy but I wish them the best in finding a tenant who actually cares to take care of the property and actually pay. As it seems most people viewing can’t pay rent if they making fake stubs just to get in. Them stubs not gone help in the long run.

Ruth tomp is a liar .plus it takes her days to get back to .do not sign a contract with her.

Horrible communication. Countless emails, messages and calls just for them to never even receive my application. Waste of time.
