5 months agoThey keep calling me relentlessly about a home on the market that I don't own and never did. Nothing but desperate salespeople.

3 years agoWilfredo Miguez assisted my roommates and I with finding a new apartment earlier this year. We are all working professionals with slightly challenging schedules, but throughout the process he assured us he could meet with us near our workplaces to, e.g., pick up paperwork himself to make the process smoother. He promptly lined up an appointment and helped us tour a place that interested us, assuring us that we would be able to return at another time to take measurements. Of course, COVID-19 significantly impacted the market and search during the summer, but even after we had signed the lease Will made sure that he was there if we needed anything before moving in. He also provided us with helpful advice when communicating with the landlord's realtor so that we could pay on a favorable schedule and get the measurements we were promised. We were very pleased with the experience overall and impressed by his professionalism and communication. It was very kind of him to continue to offer help throughout the process beyond the initial showing and lease process! I would recommend working with Will.

6 years agoThis real estate agency is the reason realtors have a terrible reputation. I viewed an apartment in July for a move-in date of September 1st. The agent was there and we saw that it seemed clean. When I asked if it would be cleaned professionally, I was told it wouldn't be. This should have been my first clue to run for the hills, but the place seemed clean and Boston is competitive in the Fall. My roommate and I signed the lease and waited for 9/1. When move-in came, we packed our cars and drove to Boston. What we found was disgusting. Mice, cockroaches, and feces littered the stove, cabinets, refrigerator, and bedroom closets. The bathroom was crawling with roaches and the towel racks were off the wall. There was a full spice rack, mortar and pestle, and a freezer with Klondike bars and popsicles. The place was infested and not move-in ready. I called the landlord who said they couldn't get an exterminator out for 4 days. The exterminator came and said the roaches would be easy to get rid of, but the mice would be hard to take care of. The landlord then told me the place was move-in ready. There was still a mouse problem and feces everywhere. There were also no smoke alarms. I worked with the agent to get out of the lease since the apartment wasn't move-in ready. The agent was helpful, but I called the head of the Boston office, Lucas Nathan. I asked for my broker's fee back because the landlord (represented by his team at K-W) did not hold up her end of the lease. He refused and then turned the situation around on me, claiming that I simply may not have liked the paint and wanted out. This was insulting because we sent K-W a photo album with over 70 photos of the infestation. Lucas Nathan was unsympathetic to the situation. If I could give a 0-star review I would. AVOID.

3 years agoI scheduled a day and time for an apartment viewing in Dorchester with an agent. The day of I made sure I contacted the person to confirm the time, it wouldโve been nice if he could of informed me prior that he overbooked himself with the same time. To top it off Iโm now scrambling to figure out a time to see this unit with the time he provided which was 5:15pm or 6:00pm. I did choose the 5:15pm for him to rush me to get to the site. When I asked regarding what realtor he was working through, heโs going to inform me that heโs the only agent for the site. First of all thatโs I not what I asked. Iโm more so asking to put in the complaint for the lack of professionalism and putting a clientโs anxiety up to a 1,000. When I explained that I need to know who to submit my complaint to, he statesโsure sounds goodโ no apologies or anything. A person with no cares shouldnโt be interacting with people!

5 years agoWil Miguez really helped us out. He helped us orchestrate a move cross-country without visiting. He sent videos, answered calls, texts, and emails promptly (even at late hours due to the time difference from the west coast). I felt like we were dealing with a friend who had our best interest at heart. Cannot say enough good things about Wil.
