4 years agoAbout two weeks ago I contacted their office to inquire about consultation and available dates. First person I spoke to was a gentleman who receives phone calls and take your information so that later someone can reach out to you and discuss the reason of your intended visit. I was told that Ms Said is on leave and will return on 28th and I ended up scheduling for 30th as that date they told me she would be available and prior to my visit I will receive call from them to confirm the appointment and pay the fee upfront. That didnโt happen so I called them back on Friday 27th. I spoke again to the gentleman at front desk and he took my information again, stating that someone will call me back following day Saturday 28th. Nobody has try to reach out to me. Now I donโt know whether I have appointment or not and Iโm very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and lack of care for potential clients. Since I cannot leave a comment on your reply I am going to add it here. You just proved my point. I am not a female, and you donโt even take time to read information I left.

4 years agoAs a former client, I highly donโt recommend her. Higher charges compared to other attorneys with a low quality service. Additionally, I had to pay extra money to get things done! So disappointed!
