a year agoI presented Ashley Graham with a VERY tall order. I wanted an older home filled with character but without all of the work to bring it up to code. My husband thought it would be impossible. Ashley showed us several houses, was quick to respond, and answered all of our questions honestly. One day she gave us a call and told us she had found THE houseโฆ it had all of the charm we were looking for: wood beams, paneling, office space, a pool, and a large yard. On top of that, it had so many extras that we didnโt know we wanted until we saw it. We walked in and knew this was the home for us. She and the Bold City Mortgage lending team helped us close the deal early!
