They give you the autonomy to be your own agent and run your business the way you see fit, but are always there if you have any questions or need additional support. Brokers fees/splits are reasonable and fair. This has been the best brokerage Iโve worked with and would highly recommend them to any agent.

The speedy responses when support is needed, marketing materials, transaction software, and other resources provided throughout the entire real estate process are superior to any of the other brokerages I have joined in the past with an added bonus of a great growing community of realtors. 3 months agoJeff and Jessica at Premier have been great. As a new agent I thought things would be much more difficult, but this team has made each of my transactions seamless. It would be hard to find a better place to grow your real estate career at.
