Ms. Mina earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida where she was a member of the Golden Key National Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and was on the College of Arts and Sciences Deanโs List.
She received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and was awarded the William F. Blews Service award for her outstanding pro bono service. During her time at Stetson, she clerked at the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, and had the opportunity to intern with the Community Law Program helping indigent clients with their family law cases.
Ms. Mina practices throughout Tampa Bay area primarily practicing immigration law, and focusing on asylum cases. Sheย is a member of theย Florida Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
