3 years agoApprox 3 years ago my 87 year old mother was in an extremely difficult position in regards to a very ambiguous trust, previous inept representation, and an obstructionist stepson. We were fortunate to find Ellen Morris at Elder LawAssociates. Ellen and her team are top notch. Her network is also 5 star. One would be hard pressed to find a better advocate for the rights of an elder loved one. Her mediation skills in my opinion are unparalleled. In addition she genuinely cares about her clients. Many thanks Ellen to you, your staff, and your network for a very positive outcome from a very bleak beginning. Stay safe everyone and keep wearing the mask

6 years agoWe used this law firm in 2017-2018 to handle the rather complex settlement of my mother's trust which dated back to 1995 in Florida. We needed to do this all from Texas where we live and where my mother had lived for the last 10 years of her life. We were able to manage everything, including contact of and communication with long, lost beneficiaries, from our home through phone conversations and email. It was all done carefully to protect everyone concerned and within a reasonable time frame.

4 years agoThis is an exceptional law firm where the folks: attorney's, medicaid specialist, and paralegal are truly professional, responsive, courteous, very efficient, and friendly. When you call they answer promptly, if you leave a message or send an email they respond promptly. They have the answers to the questions we posed, and go out of their way to help and that's why I traveled 248 miles to use them. They know the law, and they provide excellent services as well as outstanding referrals.

This is an elder care/ family law practice. I explained that there was urgency to get a will in order right away. They didn't call back. My person may have passed today. You would think they would be more professional. I certainly thought they would have at least said they should have called me back. Cost me time. told that Bianca would call me today. told Bianca had my I

4 years agoI was extremely pleased with the legal services provided by Lisa Rubin of Elder Law Associates. Lisa was not only highly efficient and knowledgeable but also courteous and professional. The firm worked quickly to transfer a deed and their efficiency put my mind at ease that it was done right. The David Hage family highly recommends Lisa Rubin and the Elder Law Associates Firm.
