I guess the salary expectations did not quite meet up at that time?? Fast forward, I bought a house in DC a year later and I am looking to buy a rental property in the near future. No need to say that I have a different realtor. Keller Williams: That much about the commission you lost because you refused to show any properties to a single immigrant mom with two kids. For some people Keller Williams might be good, but I certainly won‘t use them and don’t recommend them.

I had a really great experience working with KW agent James Williams. He was friendly, responsive, and always honest with me. He was available over the weekends, and even when he was recovering from an illness. It was a great pleasure to work with him and his co-agent Justin Matthews. I highly recommend them.

Melissa Ebong is a dream realtor! She cares about you as a seller (and buyer) but more importantly she is trustworthy. Melissa went through one of the toughest transactions with us; the entire time she kept us updated, she represented us well and in the end pulled off the transaction we thought would never happen! She is always professional, really cares about her clients and was fun to work with! We consider her family now! She will take care of you and do the best on your behalf!

My son settled on a home and "Dr. Walter Bowman" was the seller's agent. This is my son's first home but because he loved the outlay of this house I supported his wishes. The property was painted as if a bunch of five year olds did the work. The loft bannister was lose and the crown molding did not match as it met in the corner of the wall, the outlets did not work in the kitchen, and rotten wood was found up around the roof area. Further someone purchased a door, cut it in half to make a small door for the crawl space under the steps. All my son saw was the set up and wanted to continue with the deal. Now he gets to closing and the keys to his now new home was not there. We had to retrieve the keys from the lock box. Then we realized its the ONLY key to the main door. He has no storm door key. He has no mailbox key and he did not know which parking space was his. Ms. Colbert, my son's agent tried contacting Dr. Bowman and he merely forwarded an email from the woman who once owned the home who is now residing in Carolina, " Parking space: 77 It is directly in front of the townhome and second from the end. The mailbox number should be on the key but Octavia will be better able to answer this question for it's been a while since I lived there. FYI, I just reached out to her as well requesting that she contacts you regarding this matter." First, who is Octavia? Well I assume she was the renter. How is this my son's problem? Those keys should have been at the settlement table. It's bad that he has to make all these repairs but know he has to chase down keys that should have been at that table. Mr. Bowman displays the most unprofessional demeanor I've ever witnessed. He will not return the call my son's agent regarding this matter and I am simply disgusted by his actions.

Lee Gochman has been harassing me for 4 years. I have continuously asked him to stop contacting me via phone and email. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS if you do not wish to be harassed in a very sick and uncomfortable manner. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT INFO TO THEM.
