A Houston resident since 1979, Nidal is an avid enthusiast of his community and loves the incredible diversity of cultures, lifestyles and businesses this region offers. Prior to his career in real estate, Nidal attended Miami Dade College, where he obtained his Ophthalmic Optics degree. He chose a position in the optical field because he wanted to help others see better and thus, enjoy better quality of life. Nidal felt great satisfaction when a patient would come to him with vision problems and he could listen to them, help, and send them off feeling like they’d been reconnected with the world. He spent thirty years working with and getting to know countless patients. After a successful career in optics, he decided to take his passion for helping others in to a different field and earned his real estate license. Though the industry was different, Nidal was an extremely quick learner and found that the same principles from his previous job applied to real estate: listen closely to what a client needs/wants, work diligently to provide the best result, and most importantly, place the client first. He gives 100% to every client and is available 24/7 for anything they may need or have questions about. In every sense of the word, Nidal truly serves those he is privileged enough to work for. When he isn’t working with clients, Nidal enjoys horseback riding, hiking, dancing and traveling.

2 years agoTricia Santopinto is my realtor & let me just say she gave me a great experience with showing me around Houston. Teaching me the area & was so patient with finding the right home for us within our price range. I loved it & she even gave us a little house warming gift. I would definitely recommend working with her on finding your dream or ideal home. What a great company Thankyou. We arenโt done yet ๐น

4 years agoLiterally one of the worst real estate experiences we had in all of our properties. We did not feel advocated for, the management didn't care, and one of their agents bullied two of mine in two separate listings. It was so bad that I am filing a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission. There were errors in the contracts and they strung us along with fake approvals - 90 days and we couldn't close. This experience ruined almost 20 years of my experience as a buyer / seller (my husband and I flip, restore, and in invest) ... They put holidays as deadlines on the contracts but their offices weren't open, it was an absolutely horrible experience, everyday for three months.
