a month agoWe just closed a home with Lisa Roberts and had a fantastic experience. The best real estate agent we had pf the 6 homes we have owned. She was responsive and a clear communicator. She gave information without giving opinions. She gave us insight into things to consider about Austin and Texas in general since it was our first move to Texas. Just a great experience!

4 months agoVery disappointing experience with Joel Miranda from All City in Austin to put it nicely. He was the Realtor who was present when I closed on my home two years ago which I found so he didn't actually do anything. At the end of last year, I relocated back to the East Coast and needed to rent my home. At the three month mark of being on the market and my home not rented, I called him to express my concerns. The only thing he could say was, "I'm not changing my methodology". I informed him that I needed to go in a different direction and within 5 minutes he emailed me the Termination Form of Services. I found a new Realty Company within 24 hours and I'm happy to say my home now has a Tenant and they accomplished this task in less than 30 days! Listing, Showing, Renting. To add, make sure your Realtors understand Rental Laws. I could have been in a Lawsuit. There were not deadbolts and peepholes on certain doors in my home. We were able to get these installed before the new Tenant moved in. The expertise of my new Realtor was unbelievable. Everything I shared regarding my experience with Joel they informed me was not right. It made me realize what a horrible situation I was in. Joel has no clue what he's doing, stay away. Keeping this review as professional as possible. Grateful, thankful, blessed!

a year agoI have been with All City for a couple years and it has been a great brokerage. They are pretty hands off your business but are there in a heartbeat if you need it kind of feel. Great online community and easy to use software for submitting paperwork. I have had ZERO issues and I get to keep 100% of my commission. Feel free to reach out if you are considering making a change.

a year agoAll City Real Estate is such a wonderful brokerage! Not only do they have an amazing commission structure, but they also have a support system and networking system thatโs amazing! Anytime you have a question or legal matter, one of our brokers is always available to assist. All City is my โhappy placeโ when it comes to brokerages. Iโm so proud to be a part of it!

a year agoI have been an agent with All City Real Estate for about 5 years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing company! Kevin and the entire broker support team is always available to answer questions and provide back-end support for transaction coordination. They put trust in their agents and allow them to have financial freedom, which I especially love! I would recommend All City to any agent looking for a Brokerage in Texas!
