We were up against a tight moving window and renting single family homes in Orange County can be difficult, but Jonathan Gonzalez made it happen and got us everything we needed/wanted in a home and more! He was extremely helpful and an excellent communicator every step of the way! We will definitely be working with him again!

A bad place to start. My agent Anna Zhang left me in the middle of no where, she is not returning my calls or texts and left me in the dark with hundreds of questions. I called the broker two times but was finally able to speak with a supervisor who said she will call me back not sure when is she going to call me as my close of escrow is right there. I do not recommend this broker or agent to anyone looking to buy a house.

A great resource for those renting! Jonathan Gonzalez helped us find the perfect home for our family. He consistently went above and beyond what we would have ever expected and we couldn’t be happier. I had chance to work with li liliana dai from hong who was my realtor/ agent. She made me go to my bank for 5 day for saving loan papers. She hung up the phone during lunch time this friday. How rude was that. She had a infant kid around 3 or 4 in the background. She sounded busy and she wanted my preapproval letter. She wanted her commission letter but I told her I need buyer's contract first. If you are doing business in california. Do your homework how each bank or lender operate. I found a vice president chima who walk past by me and local guide assistant Alex sun who I met yesterday. He was very nice. I m still giving 3 star because until company from Houston apologize to me on person.i met president chima also didn't say hi. Just walk past by me. You can't judge book by it cover. Anyway. Hope fully alex sun helps me buy home in orange *do local guide who joined 2 years with keller williams. Year and keller william realty prove to me and lady who has 158 reviews why did you become realtor and not stay as local guide.

I'm contacting you in regards to an unpleasant experience I've had with one of your agents. Brad Dhesi DRE#01115639. I was contacting several homes this morning looking to lease/rent when I came across one where he is the listing agent. He contacted me asking when I wanted to see the property and I explained that it wasn't needed since I saw all the specs I needed online. I wanted to know if it was available and if I could begin the process of applying. Then he asks which property I was referring to. You would think he would have done his homework and seen what address was included with my email. Went ahead and provided him with the address. Repeated himself asking when to see it, I again stated it wasn't necessary and that I was just interested in its availability at this point. Lastly he asks if I was considering moving in the next year which launched me to contact you about this whole ordeal. I am obviously looking to move now and don't want to waste my time. Its such a shame because I was really interested in this home.
