If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m also going to report this place to the BBB because they are racist! We literally had a friend that was a white woman with our entire group of 4 and they allowed her to enter the establishment without me and my other friends. I would also like to disclose that my other friends and myself are African American. We stood outside in line for over an hour. This is not the place to go if you want to feel inclusive of any sort. I will never come to this establishment and will also post on all of my social media accounts of the type of treatment the employees here represent.

Please do not waste your time here. This is actually the lowest vibrational class of people I’ve ever experienced.. Do not spend any time here these are not SCOTTSDALE people! These people are from the lowest pits of hell.. yes West Phoenix exactly! They’d rather argue with all the customers rather than argue with the doctors who botched their BBL’s. This place needs to be torn down this place alone is bringing the property value of Scottsdale down..

The outdoor patio is a cool vibe! Came here while visiting in Arizona and it was still open after 2am! They serve food and hookah only after 2am so don’t expect to order any drinks. Service was quick and people were polite. The burrito was super fresh and tasty! Be sure to bring cash to pay cover charge or you will have to use the ATM on-site. Lots of parking too. No complaints…amazing hookah

To blame your patrons for being aggressive is illogical. Especially when your security threw a man to the ground. Did you not see that on the video? In addition to, you may have a cover but your security picks & chooses who has to pay said cover, which is racist and unfair, since our white friend did not have to pay. Regardless if you’re minority owned, that doesn’t excuse the racism we experienced. Date: 1/14/24 This is the most RACIST establishment I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I’ve heard great things about Scottsdale, AZ; however, this experience is not one to rave about. On the night of January 14, 2024, my friends and I decided to patronize the Oasis as it came highly recommend for the area. There was a line to get in, which was expected, but after some time, we noticed that only certain people were being let in. We waited for a substantial amount of time, all for the front door security to let our white friend in without paying any cover. Unbeknownst to the front door security, we told our friend, if you get in before us, we are coming in with you. Now why would we tell our friend this you may ask? It was because she is white, and after standing outside for over an hour, we clearly witnessed the type of people that were getting let in. So, sooner or later, we knew she would get in before us. Yes, very VERY sad, but this is the reality we are living in. So guess what happened next? Our white friend was let in without having to pay the $10 cover, and all of the black friends were left outside in the cold in the dead of winter in Arizona. And if you don’t know, in the winter, temperatures can drop as low as 38 degrees outside in Arizona. Never have I ever witnessed such racism as this. This establishment is poorly ran, and based off other reviews left on Google, we are not the first to be treated poorly. But it is a sad day in America when you witness such BLATANT racism right before your eyes in real time, in 2024. Yes, the year is 2024. I will never EVER support this establishment or business, and I’m going to make it known that no other parties should support this establishment either. But it shouldn’t be hard to convey to others because based off other reviews, again, we are not the first group of black women to be treated this way. The front door security does NOT respect their patrons, let alone black women, and it is very clear that the security has been given very direct orders to behave this way based off the way the security blatantly cherry picks the people waiting to patronize this establishment. In addition to this, the establishment does not take accountability for their actions, and they condone violence. I physically witnessed a patron being thrown to the ground on the back of his head, and as a result, his head bounced off of the concrete. After this incident, the security told him he was a p*ssy and to get the f*ck out of there. Furthermore, this is an honest and truthful review, and if you don’t believe it to be, kindly review the cameras at the front door on January 14, 2024 between the hours of 2 am - 4am. Be my guest. The proof is there. There were several witnesses, and multiple accounts of the front door security being rude and aggressive. This involved the front door security telling several people to “get the f*ck back” and if “you aren’t paying $300, you’re not getting in here.” This establishment needs a total facelift and revamp. I would recommend a course and training on diversity and inclusion, and for the current front door security to be fired. The way they spoke to my friends and I and other people trying to patronize this establishment is ungodly. Shame on this establishment for operating under the cloak of racism. It’s disgusting, distasteful, and down right disrespectful. All social media platforms will be brought to speed on the motive of this establishment, and the incident that occurred on the morning of 1/14/24. The racism and classism will stop here. Not another day will go by with this establishment behaving this way and treating people as if they are dogs.

It’s so bad I don’t even want to spend time writing this review but wow this has to be hands down the most overpriced hookah bar I’ve ever been to. I can see if it was worth it…but it’s not. Don’t waste your time here.
