Do not work with them unless you want to deal with a process that takes >2 months and plenty of miscommunication. My roommates and I had been working with them very well, but ended up losing over 5 houses of interest due to not having accurate answers and very little to no communication. We were also told we definitely had a house, we just needed to complete the application and put the fees down, but had to find out from a higher up that the last house had been leased out 4 days prior. We even switched realtors and were still met with failure, even after expressing how willing we were to work with them to lease a house as soon as possible. I understand that there are mishaps in the workplace, but this many mistakes is a systematic issue. I do not recommend them in the slightest and wish we hadn’t have wasted valuable time on them in the first place.

Worst company ever ! Read the bad reviews they are true ! if you own a home and want to be represented by them think twice. I am seriously considering breaking my lease because of how unprofessional they are. I would not even consider being with them again. The owner of this company should really consider who they hire.

I am writing this review since this company is unprofessional and scam as an HOA management company of my neighborhood. You should avoid this comopany at all cost. I just received a statement saying that I was late on HOA fees by 2 months, which I was. It was supposed to send me both email and physical mail notifications when it is due and every month until the fee is collected. Unfortunately I do not have a photographic memory of anything to remember that I have to pay HOA fee by January 5 of each year. I have to rely on the notification. In 2021, I received a letter (only) in December so I paid. In 2022, I received a letter in December but I was out of town. I received an email in the late January to remind me to pay the due, so I did it online. In 2023 (this fiscal year), I received no letters or emails until March 25, 2024 while the statement says March 11, 2024. I called up and asked what was going on and the only answer was that they sent both emails and letters to me about this. Unfortunately, I cannot prove that I did not receive such letters by mail since I have never gotten one this year. However, I can share the screenshot of my emails as I attached. I received two emails on Oct 26, 2023 about trash can being visible (HOA violation) and one email about my yard not up to standard (HOA violation). I received no email whatsoever about HOA fees until March 25 by a mail. I understand my obligation is to follow HOA rules and pay the due on time. The HOA management company's obligation is to manage it, meaning if there are any violations or fees due, they are supposed to notify everyone in HOA by emails and letters. Unfortunately, somehow they failed to do so and now I had to pay extra 20% to my HOA fee for the job they did not do. Unfortunately, my HOA will not switch the management company. However, if I were you, I would avoid this company at all cost whether this is a company manages HOA of your potential home or a company that manages rentals. EDIT: I called them before I wrote this review. The person who claimed that she is an account manager said she would have her supervisor call me as soon as possible. It has been 2 days and no call. Instead, replying to my review and asking me to call back. WOW!

Absolutely the most unprofessional, office I have ever attempted to deal with. The lack of availability, knowlwdge, professionalism was unbelievable. I would not recommend attempting to obtain any type of property through this company. We were so happy to have found a wonderful agent the same day as ending ties with this company.

CAUTION! So incredibly rude and condescending. Engaging in malicious business practices and when you attempt to communicate with them they demean you and talk down to you like you are a child. The unprofessionalism of the office, specifically the billing officer is astounding!
