Original Kabob Factory

Good place to satisfy some Kabab cravings. This please is nicely tucked in on the corner of Glenoaks and Western. They have a parking lot behind the establishment but you will need to walk out of the lot and to the front to access the store. Upon entering the store for the first time it may seem confusing as it looks like a fancy butchers shop which sells marinated meat. But if you walk up to the register they will take your order there. The food quality is decent and the portions are decent too. The place looks busy and you can order via the phone. Their combo come with a side of rice, lavash, roasted tomato, chili and the meat. The prices are not bad. The food taste good.

The very first thing I noticed about this restaurant is it is very clean and modern with a hip vibe. A huge selection of meats available. You can buy to take home with you to cook or can cook it for you and make it a meal. It smells so delicious. They also have a lot of pre packaged goods for your kebab pleasure. Baklava, tzatziki sauce, hummus, tabouleh, giant bean salad, eggplant salad and more. All look so good. Good selection of sodas, yoghurt, water and juices. No eating inside. It's all to go. Pricing is super fair. Huge meal with a kebab rice sides veggies and soda under $15. Parking on street or some spots available behind building. The employees here are really nice and chill. The overall vibe is great here. Overall I definitely say go to this place as it is really great tasting food and it's fresh and delicious and you can never go wrong with that.

I am a customer of 5 years, for the first time I got someone who took my orders but couldn’t really help figure out how to best configure my combo orders and instead of the usual 2 skewers per combo, I got 4 dry pieces of none ground (shish) kabobs in each box. Sure by your “new” rules it’s correctly half a pound, but i didn’t get that explanation before i put my order. My expectation were the usual two skewers per combo box. I kept hearing it’s not possible from the guy that took my Order. Which seems like a unrealistic answer when they’ve already serviced customers for years and built expectations. If your combo configurations are different, just explain it from the top of the conversation. The quality is also not the same as what it used to be, completely overcooked and dry on the shish kabobs.

Great,delicious, fresh food, very flavorful and smokey but they are busy busy(especially on the weekend) so best way is to call in order or use app. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great if you have a little dinner party and don't feel like being in the kitchen all day.

I was so looking forward to this meal but it was pretty disappointing. Firstly, it says there is dine-in but that equates to a couple of tables outside, right in front of the stop lights on a main road so you'd get loads of lovely exhaust fumes if you ate out there. Good job my hotel is only 5 minutes away and I decided to drive tonight! I ordered a lamb combo and a pound of beef but I guess there was a misunderstanding and I received a beef combo instead! So much rice and so little meat in the beef combo! The lamb chops were cooked well but there was no taste until I applied my own salt to bring out the flavor in them. Overall, a big disappointment to what looked so promising!
