The Orland Park Prayer Center is a Muslim house of worship, located southwest of the village’s center. A striking complex of purple brick, white trim and a golden dome on top, the Prayer Center was built to resemble the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, which is considered the third holiest site for Muslims.
The Prayer Center has about 22,000 square-feet of space within, spread out through three levels. Two of the levels are used as space for prayers, five times a day and a weekly Friday prayer. The lower level is used for several purposes, including lectures and classes. The center was built between November 2004 and summer of 2006.

6 months agoOrland park is very fortunate to have a wonderful place like this. It makes up for having possibly the worst mayor in America. If your trying to enjoy eternity in heaven, you definitely have to check this place out. Bathroom is cleaner than most of your kitchens and the staff is very nice. I look forward to coming here often.
