I worked with Nicole Fazio approximately two years ago when she represented a buyer for a property I had listed at 760 Club View Drive in Big Bear Lake, CA. Unfortunately, the experience was highly problematic. Throughout the transaction, Nicole frequently provided inaccurate information to me and my seller, and her clients breached the contract multiple times. Despite issuing a notice to perform, Nicole’s lack of effective communication and oversight jeopardized her clients’ deposit and the overall integrity of the deal. More recently, Nicole contacted my clients with an offer to repurchase the home at a price $90,000 lower than what her client originally paid, even though the home had undergone significant renovations, and the market has gone up 20%+ This offer was quickly declined, and the property has remained unsold on the market for over 20 days since then. Before listing the home, Nicole inquired about purchasing photos I had taken for the listing. She offered to pay $200 for the photos and asked to use Zelle for the payment. I provided her with the photos via Dropbox but never received the payment. Nicole subsequently listed the property using my photos without compensating me. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter through email and text, Nicole did not respond and ultimately blocked my phone number. When I called from a different number, she hung up. In summary, my experiences with Nicole suggest a concerning lack of professionalism and integrity. Her actions, including the mishandling of the transaction and failure to honor financial agreements, reflect poorly on her as a real estate agent and her integrity. I would advise potential clients to consider other agents who demonstrate greater reliability and ethical standards.
