We worked with Mike and his company for a few years. First, he helped us rent out our house and managed the property while we worked overseas. We had a few issues with the water boiler and garage opener (which had to be exchanged), and he took care of them promptly. Two years after renting the property out, we decided to sell our house, and Mike took care of the transition from rental to the market scene with all that it entails as updates and marketing. The video of the house walk-through on YouTube was impressive and our favourite as an advertisement element. (However, we thought omitting our house's valuable outdoor features, such as a balcony with a view, patio and courtyard, was a missed opportunity for viewers). Anyway, all went according to the timeline, which is impressive: We decided to sell, and in just over two weeks it was ready for the market: appliances updated, walls painted, new floors installed, and the property staged! Intero prepared all the marketing, and we were asked to be involved if interested. The house went on the market, and on the second day, Mike hosted a broker's open house and a public Open House a few days later. After seven days on the market, we received several strong offers, all above the "asking price". After ten days on the market, we went under the contract. Just over three weeks after that, we've closed on our property. Mike's team organised all the elements of closing: we could do it without coming over to CA, which was very convenient. Coordinating overseas apostilles and most signings as electronic documents was straight forward and very efficient. We highly recommend Mike's team for any real estate needs. He is a seasoned local agent who knows the area and the market well and keeps himself informed on countrywide trends and developments. And he has the best people working along his side.

Mike Strouff and his Genesis team helped us sell our house in a market that was slow. They were wonderful. They have very good contacts with contractors and can help with the whole process of getting things fixed and ready for the sale at reasonable rates and without any hassle of personally having to supervise those. Mike is a very nice and pleasant person to interact with - not pushy at all - and i think it rubs off with his team as well (it was a nice experience working with Jorge, Dave and other team members). We would certainly recommend them without any reservations.

Mike is an arrogant D bag…..scamming on renters….not renewing leases so he can raise the rent on the next round of tenants.

MIke was able to sell our house with only a 2 weeks on the market and a very short time to get it prepped and ready to show after living in our townhome in Rivermark since it was built 14 years ago. Mike has a great feel of the market and priced our home to attract the most interested parties for a market which has been slowing down over the last year.
