Formerly known as Moraeโ€™s Cafe, Persia House of Kebabs treats patrons to grilled kebabs and fresh sandwiches with Middle-Eastern panache. Cooks prepare sandwiches with gyro meat and falafel, and skewer lamb, Iranian-rice-and-kabob-feast-vegetables, and catch-of-the-day fish. In the dining room, guests eat amid colorful wall murals that depict verdant plant life, sandy hills, and lords and ladies who jealously ogle the food. In the adjoining marketplace, visitors can prepare to make their own Middle-Eastern dishes by taking home pita breads and feta cheese, or peruse imported spices, and artwork.

Serving the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years and satisfying tastes for just as long, be sure to join us at Persia House of Kebabs for an experience you and your family are sure to remember.

Providing quality Persian dining, we strive for perfection and guarantee that our deliciously garnished dishes will have you coming back for more.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years for their lamb shank. Super delicious. The service is amazing too.

My sister-in-law recommended Persia and I was eager to try the food but to be honest it wasn't one of my favorites. I'm not a big rice eater but the chicken was flavorful and maybe I just didn't choose the best dish. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Try it you might like it.

We have been twice and absolutely worth the long drive from where we live.

The food is always fresh and well seasoned, not just pepper and garlic flavour. Lunch specials on Tues + Wed are very cheap and healthier than any fast food. If you dine in amd get the hot tea, expect it to be VERY hot and fragrant, no need for sugar. Uncle (affectionate term, like "auntie." Does not mean genetic relative.) is always there to suggest I try something. He also reminds me to get tahini, since he knows I forget. He will remember you when you start coming. Dining room style tables are kept clean. There is a grocery store in the restaurant, too. Try the saffron rock candy for your tea!
